Grease a microwave-safe 9x12 inch baking dish, and set aside.

Place a pan over medium-high heat until heated completely.

Add the beef and cook for about 8-10 minutes.

Drain the grease from the pan.

Remove from the heat ad transfer the beef into a bowl.

In the bowl of beef, add the refried beans, cumin and oregano and mix well.

Stuff the manicotti shells with the beef mixture evenly.

In a bowl, add the picante sauce and water

Arrange the stuffed shells into a greased 9x12-inch microwave-safe baking dish in a single layer and top with the sauce mixture.

With a plastic wrap, cover the baking dish and with a knife, make some holes in the wrap.

Microwave on High for about 9-10 minutes.

Carefully, remove the plastic wrap and flip the hells.

Again, cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and microwave on Medium for about 15-20 minutes.

Enjoy with a topping of the sour cream, cheese and green onions.
